I wore my Captain uniform (four stripes) for the first time on a flight MEM-ABQ-LBB-MEM with Mark Cardwell giving me my "Standards Ride". The official sign-off occurred just after midnight on the 23rd as Mark signed the final sign-off. Interestingly, it was 20 years ago to the day that I graduated ERAU.
