    Linda flew her first solo in a balloon N6069Q in New Jersey. She got 100% on her FAA written test and got her Private Pilot Lighter Than Air certificate later in the month.

    On a PeopleExpress Flight from Newark to Nashville I passed 10,000 hours Total Time. N402PE B-737-130. Captain was Amos McDonald (who later went to Federal Express).
